Section 1.43, Heliport Perimeter Lighting, for a circular pattern, this is now minimum 8 lights (no longer 5) and for a rectangular pattern, this is now 4 lights per side with a light in each corner.

Section 1.18, Alcohol or Drugs, Crew Members. New rule for flight following alcohol consumption is to wait 12 hours (no longer 8 hours).
