Updates, Amendments and Revisions

All amendments, revisions, corrections and updates from past editions of this title have been incorporated into this version.

Section 1.43, Heliport Perimeter Lighting, for a circular pattern, this is now minimum 8 lights (no longer 5) and for a rectangular pattern, this is now 4 lights per side with a light in each corner.

Section 4.15, Weight and Balance. Transport Canada has recently revised the TC standard and segmented passenger weights. Here is the new standard: Transport Canada Passenger Weights
