Part 13: Controlled Airspace

13.10  VFR flight within Class B airspace is permitted

(1) only when the flight visibility is 5 miles or better.
(2) for all aircraft except gliders and balloons.
(3) if the pilot holds a Class B Airspace Endorsement.
(4) in accordance with an ATC clearance.
