11.14 When issued a clearance to land and hold short of an intersecting runway, pilots

(1) shall comply regardless of the circumstances.
(2) may taxi across the intersection after the departing or arriving aircraft has cleared their path.
(3) who inadvertently go through the intersection should immediately do a 180º turn and backtrack to the hold position.
(4) should immediately inform ATC if they are unable to comply.
