Part 10: Clearances and Instructions

10.05  An ATC clearance or instruction is predicated on known traffic only. Therefore, when a pilot is proceeding in accordance with a clearance or instruction

(1) ATC is relieved of the responsibility for traffic separation.
(2) the responsibility for traffic separation is divided between ATC and the pilot.
(3) the pilot is not relieved of the responsibility for traffic avoidance.
(4) the pilot is relieved of the responsibility for taffic avoidance.
