Part 10: Clearances and Instructions

10.04  After accepting a clearance and subsequently finding that it cannot be complied with, a pilot should

(1) take any immediate action required and advise ATC as soon as possible.
(2) comply as best as possible under the circumstances and say nothing to ATC.
(3) disregard the clearance.
(4) comply with the suitable parts.
